The US leading with 100kgs, followed by china at 30kgs. India’s Per Capita Consumption is estimated at 10kgs for 2011 which makes it the 3rd largest per capita consumer in the world. The world polymer consumption is expected to reach 225M Tones by 2015, with PE accounting for the largest share of increase.
